Sweet of the Week: Green Tea Strawberry Short Cake

At Rose & Co Estates we love sweets! So much that if there was an award for the biggest sweet tooth in all of South Hampstead; it would be a fierce competition between our sweet and tea loving Intern Kevin, Office Administrator Emmy, and Junior Agent Sam for the bragging rights to display the FA Cup of sweets on their office desk; but lets be honest no one stands a chance against our office sweetheart Darren Rose!

Inspired by our love for sweets, Rose & Co is going to share with you each week our favorite local!

My two pence: A nice hint of green tea and
 your grandma's strawberry short cake
 fused into each bite; simply elegant and delicious.   

Tea Pairing: For the bold a Black Tea from Sri Lanka or the Queen Choice is also very nice!
